Important Notice: These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and the 399bte platform. By registering on or using this site you are considered to have read, understood and accepted all the terms stated below.

1. General Terms

399bte is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 399bte website and all its associated services. In these Terms, "we", "our" or "platform" refers to 399bte, and "you", "user" or "member" refers to the account holder.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 399bte you must provide accurate and complete information. The information provided at the time of registration must be verifiable and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure.

  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
  • A national identity card or other valid identity document may be required for account verification.
  • An active mobile number and email address are required for registration.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to or activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 399bte will not be held responsible if account credentials are shared with others.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

This platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. Use of 399bte by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. A government-issued identity document may be requested at any time for age verification.

For ages 21+: If an attempt by a minor to register or operate an account is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

In addition, citizens or residents of regions or countries where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use this platform. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on 399bte: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500.

  • Deposits must be made from your own account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Deposits are generally processed instantly.
  • 399bte is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal. 399bte reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request if identity verification has not been completed. Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳14,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and the total balance becomes ৳24,000.

The welcome bonus requires 25x wagering before it can be withdrawn. That means the bonus amount must be bet 25 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each promotion only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
  • Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
  • If a bonus offer is not used within the specified time period it will be cancelled automatically.
  • 399bte reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 399bte VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can advance to higher levels based on regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each level:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6. Betting Rules

All bets on 399bte are considered final unless a technical error requires reconsideration. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures neutral and fair play.

  • 399bte reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical error.
  • Winnings from a faulty game software will be considered void.
  • 399bte is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
  • For sports betting, bet payouts will be settled after the official result is published.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bte platform. Any member found engaging in these activities will have their account closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Conducting artificial transactions for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Using or attempting to access another member's account.
  • Earning money through illegal means or money laundering.
  • Using any software or automation to alter game outcomes.
  • Fraudulent activity against the platform or against other members.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

399bte reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review the latest terms before each login.
